On January 1, 2011 I weighed 217 lbs. It has taken me until now to reach 198. (Finally under 200! woot!) It was my New Years Resolution to get in shape to college. I have changed my life style to eating healthy and working out. So I have lost this 19 lbs and the only place I have seen results is in my boobs ): and my calves. So I look dumb with no boobs, and a huge belly/waist&thighs. So, before prom (May 7th) and graduation (May 26) it is my goal to lose that belly and muffin top!
My work out consists of:
4 miles on a bike
1 mile on a treadmill and
a circuit of weights.
Seniors losing weight will need different set of advice in terms of nutrition and training intensity.
